By playing the Game, you agree to these terms.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This software, including but not limited to all code, artwork, sound, music, dialogue, story content, and related assets (collectively, the “Game”), is the exclusive property of Studio 9Bs LLC, except where otherwise noted.

1. License Grant

Studio 9Bs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license also permits streaming, recording, and sharing of gameplay footage, including monetized content, provided it complies with platform policies.

2. Rights Reserved

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Studio 9Bs LLC, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the Game or any part of it, except as permitted by applicable law, platform policies, or with prior written permission from Studio 9Bs LLC.

3. Third-Party Content

This Game may include or make use of third-party materials, including but not limited to:

Platform branding and logos (e.g., Steam®, Xbox®, PlayStation®)
Plugins, SDKs, or middleware (such as GodotSteam)
Fonts and glyphs subject to third-party licensing

All such materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with applicable licenses and terms. Studio 9Bs LLC makes no claim of ownership over third-party assets or trademarks.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Game, except where permitted by applicable law
Modify or create derivative works based on the Game
Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Game available to others
Copy, reproduce, or use Studio 9Bs LLC’s logos or other identifiers for any purpose except in the context of gameplay, reviews, or commentary about the Game or Studio 9Bs

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio 9Bs LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in courts located in Canadian County, Oklahoma.

8. Updates to This EULA

Studio 9Bs LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon posting or distribution with the Game. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.

9. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Failure by Studio 9Bs LLC to enforce any right or provision of this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
